○ With the rapid growth of population in GImpo due to the development of residential zones and new towns, expansion of the sewage systems is necessary. This project was promoted as a privately funded project.
○ With the improved treatment, pollution will be reduced, and water quality improved on the Han River system, which has been the receiving body of water for the human sewage discharges.
○ Efficient maintenance system was established and stability ensured with an appropriate and well operated sewage treatment site construction.
