[Feasibility Investigation for Donghaenambu Line Double Track Station for Dongbu Mountain Tourism Resort Development Project]

This investigation was carried out to assess the feasibility of utilizing the existing Donghaenambu Line for construction of a station (Gaching Green City Station) to improve benefits and access to the Dongbu Mountain Tourism Resort.
The promoted section has a length of 6.6km, and the tourism resort is located approximately 1.3km from the station. In addition, in the case that construction of a new station is not possible, feasibility of other transportation modes (tram, shuttle bus, rapid transit system) was investigated. For the cases where construction of a new station is possible, cost and convenience of different proposed locations was investigated.
