[Feasibility Investigation for a Tourism Tram Project]

The importance of the Incheon City Central District as the location of many historical ruins is growing, and a need to establish a systematic preservation and utilization of these sites has appeared. In addition, there is a need to revitalize the area's economy, which has started to lag because of the large scale new town development projects.
There are currently several activities underway to develop the historical, cultural and natural resources of the Central District. One of them is the Marine Tram Museum City project currently under promotion.
The project established the promotion direction and concept development for the positioning of the Tram City Project, which links the Marine City and Museum City sites, into the wider tourism transportation system.
