[Pre-Feasibility Study for Busan Bukhang Port and Cheonma Tunnel Support Project]

The project aims to strengthen national competitive strength by reducing transportation costs of the Busan Bukhang Port, to be completely operational in 2011, which will require a road connection with the existing Busan Port. In addition, this road should be constructed early enough to enable transportation sufficient capacity.
The project section was located between the southern and western districts of Busan Metropolitan City, and had a total length of 9.29km. Main structures on the section include Bukhang Grand Bridge (length 3.33km), Yeongdo Overpass (length 2.44km), Gamcheon overpass (length 1.44km), and Cheonma Tunnel (length 1.06km)
