Pre-Feasibility Study for Andong - Yeongdeok Expressway Construction

The project was performed in cooperation with Seoul National University, and the general section comprised of 69.1km of expressway, connecting Andong - Cheongsong and Yeongdeok cities. Total construction costs were estimated at approximately 1.2 billion USD, construction period is expected to be 2008-2013, and the project will be executed by Korea Expressway Corporation.
Feasibility for the construction project was insufficient. However, from a policy standpoint, the route with connect with Sangju - Andong section, and provide an integral part in the national road network plans.
