[ Detailed Design for Jookbyeon~Bookmyeon(Lot 13) in Donghae Railway Line ]

¢¹ As this project is a part of Pohang~Samcheok Railway, Donghae Line, it is to construct railway at non-connect section where between Pohang, south part of Donghae line, and Samcheok, branch of Yeongding line. So, this project is to secure arterial railway network which is able to work for railway transportation internationally and is not only to connect north and south korea, but also intercontinental railroad as TSR.

¢¹ Main contents of detailed design in this project is that civil work(2,931.8m), bridge(1,920m), tunnel (4,150m), 1 station in 9,001.8m of total length. And now this railway is under construction and is expected to open in 2014.
