This proejct is to connect between Haeje-Myeon and Yeomsan-Myeon in Jeonnam Province by bridge. So that, it is enforcing in order to accelerate development of backward area, improve living environment, increase revenue due to provide traffic convenience and vitalizations of tourism industry.
This service is planed, total length :10.37km, 5 bridges/2km, 9 IC, 2 lanes in both direction, design speed : 60km/h. Main structure is Yeonggwang Grand Bridge, Main span : 450m, cable-stayed type , approach bridge is PSC BOX Girder. This Yeonggwang Grand Bridge is expected to stand for Gate of Hampyeong Bay.
