This project is planed to make smooth operation for traffic volume and accelerate development of Honam district due to reinforce arterial road network in Hoanm district where transport demand is increasing rapidly. and This project is constructed to be able to charge on function to alter Seohaean highway and Honam Highway and enforce connectability between Honam district and West sea area.

Sambo Engineering has charged on Lot 2,4.5km. Sambo applied entire section for design standard, has planed to secure safety and pleasantness of drive. Width of road is 23.4m(4lanes), design speed is 100km/h and 1tunnel is included,3,855m.
