[Design/Construction for Daegu Subway Line No. 2, Beomeo-dong Section]

The Daegu Subway Line No. 2 is needed to help alleviate the traffic congestion and promote balanced regional development. Sambo Engineering performed design services for the main line and station for the section connecting Geumtap apartment building complex and Beomeo Intersection in the Suseong District of Daegu.

The project section had a total length of 2,100 m, comprising 1,802 m of main line and 298 of stations (Beomeo and Manchon Stations), as well as 498 m of hold track. The design took into account the safey and convenience of the users, and concentrated on providing future-proof, economic, constructable, and maintainable facilities.
