[Supplementary Design Services for Alrphdom City Complex Development Project]

- Alrphdom City development project (expected to be completed in December, 2012), will form the commercial, business and residential center for the Panggyo New Town, on the site of the Panggyo Station which is located at the crossroads of two railway lines, the north-south Sinbundang Line, and the east-west Seongnam - Yeoju Line. The development of the project as the downtown complex center will enhance the Panggyo's image as the center for the area south of Seoul Metropolitan city, and provide various facilities for the area residents.
- Sambo Engineering is currently working on the planning and design of various components of the Alrphdom City, including 5 bridges, 8 roads that connect the complex with Panggyo Station and commercial properties, underground parking facilities (capacity over 10,000 vehicles) for visitors and transferring travelers, and underground facilities that will provide recreational spaces for the area residents.
