The project was a urban bypass road with a total length of 4.107 km, width 18.5-30 m, 2 brides (total length 430 m), 2 tunnels (2,295 m), and 2 intersections. As the area has high traffic volumes, constructability and esthetics of the intersection that crosses Yangdeok Elevated Bridge was considered, and the structures were appropriately planned.
