The project aims to provide a new vision for building the infrastructure for new type of education and research, and to become a national university representative of Korea.

The project was implemented as a consortium. Tasks were divided between project management (Sambo IDEA), construction (Hyundai Development Company), buildings (Hirim Construction), bridge design (Sambo Engineering).
