ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL&DEVELOPMENT
The most basic goal of the department is to preserve and enhance the quality of water resources and air quality for the benefit of present and future generations. To do so, the department utilizes latest computer modeling simulations to test future strategies to reduce emissions and pollutants. The department provides multi-disciplinary environmental management services ranging from environmental impact assessment, site investigations, remedial design, application of innovative remedial technologies, long term monitoring and reporting, and regulatory interface.
Water Quality Control & Preservation
The department assists the water quality control board of regional and provincial governments in order for them to set statewide policy on water quality control, and to establish water quality control plan and waste discharge requirements to industrial, construction, and municipal entities.
Air Quality Control & Preservation
The goal of the department is to achieve healthy air. The department provides services for government air control boards in the analysis and monitoring of emission inventories. The scope of the department's service also includes the establishment of measures to reduce air pollutant emissions from industrial facilities, commercial processes, motor vehicles, and other sources.
